Only 1.5 miles from the inn, Wolf Mountain Winery offers excellent educational tours and wine tastings. Enjoy spectacular views from the covered balcony and deck. Themed Sunday brunches, bistro lunches and Winemaker Gourmet Dinners are very popular with our guests. Wolf Mountain is also a favorite location for weddings in the area. A tasting room is open year-round just off Dahlonega's quaint square. For lunch try the Vineyard Cafe with gourmet food and wine pairings served saturdays 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm March through December.

Three Sisters is the oldest winery in the area. Its casual atmosphere and friendly owners and staff make wine tastings fun and enjoyable. They also offer a nice array of picnic items (Georgia cheeses, pates, deli meats and breads) for winery/vineyard picnics.

Blackstock Vineyards has been in operation for many years solely as a vineyard providing grapes to wineries. They opened the winery and public tasting room in March 2006. Habersham Vineyards & Winery is located about 40 minutes away from the inn in the Sautee-Nacoochee Village south of Helen. It is open year around.
While in the area visit Nora Mill (est 1878) across the street, have lunch at the Nacoochee Grill and visit Sautee.
Habersham also has a tasting room in downtown Dahlonega open year around.
